So many things had happened for this last 2 weeks. I am not sure why but both of us seem to be bogged down by petty arguments. As a result, faith has been lost.
Yet, what is struggle without forgiveness. What is reconciliation without an active act of letting go of self. From my previous relationship esp with Tunia, forgiveness has taught me to die to self, to see beyond self but to cherish what truly matters. What is the point of maintaining ones own pride and loss all.
Therefore, I want to let go and pursue forgiveness. Love is patient. This is what I am going to follow this week. Love is as follows:
4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 1 Corinthians 13: 4-7
